rbage Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "rbage", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the rbage platform operated at rbage.io and its associated services.
• "Platform" means the rbage website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services accessible via rbage.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rbage Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the rbage Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a casino game, sports event, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is unlawful, or has been self-excluded from the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by rbage before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the rbage Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with rbage's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By completing the account registration process, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are aged 21 years or older;
2. You are accessing the Platform of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes;
3. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you;
4. All information you provide to rbage during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete;
5. You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

rbage reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or place any Wager on the rbage Platform. rbage will request proof of age as part of the KYC verification process. If, at any point, rbage has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend that Player's Account, withhold any withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The rbage Platform is directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rbage makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside of its target market. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and rbage reserves the right to close any Account found to be registered from a restricted jurisdiction without notice.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the rbage Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money wagering on the rbage Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. rbage reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rbage will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You must notify rbage immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

rbage operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point rbage deems it necessary, you may be required to provide supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number matches your Account details).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by rbage may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, the closure of the Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rbage support. rbage reserves the right to close or suspend any Account where it has reason to believe the Account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. In cases of fraudulent activity, rbage reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance held in the Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rbage supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rbage does not accept cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the rbage Platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rbage, though individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for checking the limits applicable to their chosen payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfer requests, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. rbage reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal and to delay processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, unless rbage expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

rbage will not process any withdrawal where:

• The Player has not completed the required KYC verification;
• The Player's Account has been suspended pending an investigation;
• The requested withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements;
• rbage has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.5 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the rbage Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rbage does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if you access the Platform from outside Bangladesh using a payment method denominated in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider may apply conversion fees for which rbage accepts no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, rbage may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; any unmet Bonus Funds will expire at the end of this period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rbage reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to be exploiting or abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing wagers that cover multiple outcomes of the same event simultaneously, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or employing any strategy designed to manufacture a risk-free return from Bonus Funds.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each casino game and sports betting market available on the rbage Platform is governed by the rules of that specific game or market, as provided by the relevant game supplier or set out in the sportsbook rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any Wager. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by the relevant game supplier's server shall be conclusive.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

All Wagers are subject to acceptance by rbage. rbage reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the Wager was placed after an event has concluded; there has been a technical error in the odds or game parameters; or the Wager is suspected to involve match-fixing, inside information, or other prohibited activity.

7.3 Void Bets

A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable timeframe; there was a clear and manifest error in the odds offered; or the outcome of the event is subject to a verified integrity investigation by the relevant governing body.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, system failure, or technical error during a game or sporting event, rbage will use its best efforts to resolve the matter fairly based on available game-server or event data. rbage is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's internet connection failing during an active game session. Game outcomes recorded on rbage's servers at the time of a technical interruption shall be final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rbage Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account Balance:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of non-public information in connection with sports betting;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rbage staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.

Where rbage has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the above, it reserves the right to freeze the Account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and report the matter to relevant authorities, without prior notice to the Player.

9. Responsible Gaming

rbage is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform offers a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from the Player's account dashboard.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the rbage Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the property of rbage or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without rbage's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings resulting from technical failures outside rbage's reasonable control.

rbage's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rbage does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rbage's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments

rbage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rbage will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rbage's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through rbage's internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration. rbage's complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. rbage will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
